I'm logged in as admin but when I try to get to System Volume Folder I get Access denied. I also can't get on the internet because my Remote Connect Manager service is Stopped and when I try to start it I get an Error 5 Access Denied. I'm trying to remove a trojan that AVG can't see.
Any suggestions?

Oops, I didn't read this one first. My thread has a query with the same little irksome device - only my mate can't even get on the Internet, so consequently can't update his Virus Checker which would find problems in the first place.
