    "Help" won't install

Installing Windows XP, help is not installing. I've tried reinstalling--doesn't work. What else can I try with this to get help to install?

    Hi
Can you give more detail, what error if any do you get when trying to install XP?

We didn't have any problems installing XP. The problem we have is there is no "Help" function available. I'm not sure if the "Help" icon shows up on the task bar or not. All I know is that "Help" wasn't installed with the XP program and we're not sure where to go to get it or how to make it operable. The only thing I know is that I've heard from about a half dozen other people who also had just recently purchased new computers with XP installed and they didn't have the "help" function either. That's about all I can tell you. One gentlemen trying to work on the problem was on the Microsoft website trying to resolve the issue and he wasn't having much luck. I didn't either. That's why I tried here. Thank you for anything you can offer.

Nothing happens. There just plain is no "Help" suite in the XP program. No matter what we do, we can't get to "help". I heard a rumor that Microsoft was aware of this and was supposed to have a fix for this problem in about a month. I haven't been able to confirm that rumor though.
