When i try to view clips online all i am getting is 3 different colour shapes in a box in the corner of the page..... i haven't got a clue how to fix this. Someone pls help

Is this a new problem? Were you able to view these clips previously?

What type of clips? Any & all? Right click the source & then click Properties: what is the format? e.g. .wmv .avi .mpg .mpeg etc.

Thanks for replying. Im not on my home computer at the moment as work nights. i used to be able to view clips previously but not anymore. it seems to be all clips or even if i try to listen to Online radio stations

You might try a System Restore to an earlier date when things were running OK.

I think I know the icon you speak of but can't place it at the moment. Perhaps you can post a pic.

What Media Player/s do you have?

I am thinking that icon might be Macromedia?

I have tried Wmp, real, Macromedia but still nothing seems to work. I will try a system restore, cant give ya a picture as i said im on work Pc so cant download amything.

You might try downloading the latest Macromedia players (now Adobe)

Macromedia Flash Player | Macromedia Shockwave Player

This should have no affect on WMP or RealPlayer formats but it is worth a try.

i started this thread awhile back but i still have the same problem and im really getting annoyed. I keep getting the icon shown above i have tried everything except system restore which i think i will have to so if no-one can help
