in internet options i usualy delete cookies, delete files then clear history, then the settings next to this it says view files , view objects in the objects i have -
MSN Messenger - Installed
Shockwave Flash- Installed
MSN Messenger 7.0 damaged
what is this ? can they be deleted like the cookies and files or should i leave them alone ?

they are just programmes you've downloaded, it wont hurt to leave them
