Recently my laptop has started to crash, not all the time.it will beep and then turn itself off and when it turns back on it will say that the ati2dvag display driver has stoped working normally.When you connect to microsoft for the error report it reply's solution found install missing updates the error was likely to be caused by the ati graphics driver. It then tells me to go to microsoft update and select updates for ati graphics driver. When i do this it says that there are no current updates and to then proceed to the ati main site for further help. Cannot find anything on the main ati update site to solve my problem. Would be gratefull for any help. Toshiba satellite A60. ATI MOBILITY RADEON.

Thanks very much for your help, will download this and see what happens. After searching your site last night apparently this is quite a common problem and has happened to alot of people. Tried to upate the bios as well to v1.90 which a lot of people said was a good fix for this problem, but on installation message came back saying that i did not need the update.Purchased registry mechanic which fouund 250 problems fixed then all but did not stop the random crashing. Anyway thanks for help will see what happens.

Have had no more problems since this graphic card update, thanks for the help. When you go to the site yourself it does not make things very clear. You have fixed another problem for me thankyou.........................
