    Window Explorer Startup

When I power up my computer and log in for the first time, Windows Explorer starts up and opens the Windows System 32 folder. This only happens on the first log in after powering up.
I've checked all the start up folders and the system information software environment start up programs but there's no entry anywhere which would indicate that explorer should be starting automatically.
Anyone go any ideas where I should look now?
    Regards.

    Martin.

    Please see:

Also, start/run msconfig, and see if there is a line that loads /L:ENG. It
comes from a SoundBlaster Audigy driver, and it can cause this problem as
well. If it exists, use the registry fix from MVP Kelly:

Thanks for that Jephree, there was indeed a value in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE path specified which had a blank data value. Deleting this solved the problem instantly.
    Your help is greatly appreciated.
