Please can someone help

Theres a program on my comp that i cant find which is always asking for access to the internet and when it does mcaffee stops what im doing to ask if i should grant access .I have no idea where its from to

if anyone knows what it is please let me know

ive searched the internet and scanned all of my comp with all of the main cleaners/virus scans etc over and over please help
