Please help me
first of all my system keep telling me i need to debug, now i was told if i install bullguard and run it it will stop this problem but it is running for the last half an hour and is still on 27%.
secondly i cannot play dvd's either, i recently got a lot of things on the pc updated and a new graphics card installed so if i update the windows media player and power dvd ,should this fix the problem.
bullguard is saying i have 14 I/O errors, what is this???
your help would be appreciated

Please post a HijackThis log to the forum.
Launch HijackThis, then press Scan, and press Save Log.
This will generate a text file that will list all running processes, all applications that are loaded automatically when you start Windows, and more.
Open that file.
Go to Edit | Select all
Now click Edit | copy to copy it.
Do not change anything just yet.
Come back to the forum, Right Click and paste its contents here.

There is nothing in your log that looks bad, what are your system specs.?

sorry to sound stupid but i know very little about pc's,
what do you mean by system spec's ???
i got the power dvd working, i updated power dvd and windows media player.
if i do the same with explorer will it stop telling me to debug.
