I receive an attachment..I click on it and the words will come up but no music...
Sometimes only part of the attachment comes up. I am using mozilla and windows xp... any answers?

It happens on all attachments....sometimes I ge the whole attachment...sometimes part and many times nothing..

Is this in Outlook? Outlook Express? Or?

Is this a new problem? Any error message?

When you say all attachments are you referring to different attachments from different sources?

Are you sure that the attachments are not corrupted?
