help, it's frustrating . I have to disable norton every time I check my ms outlook em.
I was told it had to do with anti spam settings. How do i fix those settings as I can't figure it out?? Thanks

What Norton product are we referring to? Firewall? Anti-virus?
What is the exact error message that you receive?
I have Norton internet security 2005 and it has a firewall but the cable co. told me it was antispam settings? I just went in to the outlook without disabling it and it seemed to work.Originally Posted by jephree
It's odd because it wasn't doing that before. Maybe when I did an update of norton it adjusted the problem. There never was an error message just that it wouldn't give me my new mail or let me send mail until i had disabled it.
I thank you for your help.
