Hello... i really need help please. I turn on my pc and windows xp pro proceeds to load, then i click on my usrname and my personal settings then load. My desktop then appears and proceeds to load and then BANGGGG my pc restarts itself and i am back to the beginning again.

I really do not no what to do.. I can not reformat as i have my entire business on the pc please please help me xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Is this a new problem? Does it happen repeatedly?

If so boot into Safe Mode options: repeatedly press F8 after the BIOS POST & before XP.

Choose start last known good configuration.

If this doesn't work you can try various fixes via the Recovery Console:

As a last resort you can run a Repair Install which will reinstall XP but save all your data:
