Hi,
XP pro with office XP pro, the printer is Epson stylus photo 1290.
was working perfectly, still does but when I want to print a page and open the print dialog, to change to print using only black, or any other configuration I have to open the 'properties' (this is normal), the properties box opens in a way that it is not possible to see all of it, like it was reduced in size. I tried all the windows view and display properties, but no luck, can someone help?

If you put your cursor on the boarder does it change to an double arrow <-> ?

If so you can adjust the window size that way.

Or try a right click and Refresh?

tried all, the screen does not allow change of size, I already re-installed the drivers for the printer after removing it, no difference.

In Display Properties >Appearance > Effects: Make sure "Use Large Icons" is NOT checked?
Does the window seem smaller that it used too or is it just not showing everything?
Does it cut off right to left? top to bottom? both?

Right-click the icon for the printer you are using, and then click Printing Preferences.
Does this give you the options you need?

it seems to be bigger, I checked the values you mentioned and it is OK, the right side is missing.
