You need to ID your board. Perhaps this will help (if indeed that is an AMI board):

What's the fastest processor that my current motherboard can be upgraded to? and possible types
also on the hardware scan it says Built-in Infrared Device also in control panel but i dont see the device is it really there?

The CPU compatibility depends on your mobo version #

It is either written onto the Board near the keyboard connector, or silkscreened in very small print in the corner of the board nearest PCI#1 connector (also near "JUSB1").

From the scan that you posted I see an infrared device under Network Adapters.
Check your Device Manager: Start/Run/ devmgmt.msc under Network Adapters.
