Have a Packard Bell compuiter with Logitech radio keyboard and mouse, mouse worked very erratically, sometimes had to reboot 5 times in order for the mouse to be recognised. Learnt how to use keyboard instructions fast. So bought keyboard and mouse that wnet directly into usb port... mouse through keyboard usb port.. same problem! Have deleted and removed Logitech mouse programme then reloaded from logitech site.. same problem! Seems to have a mind of its own... also often stops working whent he printer is operating from different USB port. Using Windows XP ...HELP

The wireless set still worked thru the USB port did it not?

Sounds perhaps like a USB issue. Check your Universal Serial Bus Controllers in the device manager:

Start/Run/ devmgmt.msc
