When i boot up my computer it boots to a blank screen but when Ihit the f8 key before boot up i can go into safe mode only . I need help maybe to reinstall Bios. Help please !

When boot up my ASUS A7N8X-e Deluxe mother board it post beeps once than starts with voice prompts " Computer now booting from Operating system then the screen goes blank after reseting the power switch and holding the F8 key down it gives me the option to boot norally or all the other prompts like I select Safe Mode with it boot into that .Also I tried bootin Awdflash utility to see what verison of bios i am running in the flash utility box and a flashing command says " Press F1 to continue " and in the message box at the bottom ; Source File Not Found ! apon hitting F1 button it does the blank process again !

Just wondering if there is anyway to force the bio into the mother board ..... some how i deleted them I have both sets of bios old and the latest updated thank you if someone better suited at my Igmorance ...Thank you Jay

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK before? Did you try the "Last Known Good Config..." from the Safe Mode Options screen?

Did you try System Restore?

If you are getting to Safe Mode Options I would assume your BIOS is OK. It would seem that XP is not booting.

You can insert your XP CD to enter the Recovery Console & try FIXBOOT:
