Hi,

I have an x86 based laptop and i have an issue now. I am not able to view DVD movies on my laptop.
But I am able to browse DVD data discs.
When I try to play movies, it says I have to change the monitor resolution to lower ones or I have to reduce my system colors.

I have not changed any settings manually and this happened all of a sudden.
can anyone suggest a solution to this.

try re-installing your graphics drivers

have you noticed a change in your display or is it the same?
