You can choose what you want starting up by following this here Just make sure you dont stop important items from starting up. You can check what things are here
I would then suggest you download Hijack This and follow directions from here and post a log in our spyware section so we can help you get rid of the virus.

I noticed in your log, which an expert will read, you have cidaemon.exe running. This is a windows process but it is notorious for using a lot of cpu time. You did mention in another thread you were having trouble with that. If you dont want it running, its not neccesary, you can close it. Just follow the Microsoft directions here

tq...i did tht, closed the indecing service ...also.. i read somewhere LSASS.exe is a virus of sum sorts...but i am nt able to close it frm task manager...
-
There are some viruses that call themselves this but yours is in the right place so its safe.
lsass.exe
What is it?
Local Security Authentication Server - lsass.exe
What does it do?
lsass.exe - It generates the process responsible for authenticating users for the Winlogon service. This process is performed by using authentication packages such as the default Msgina.dll. If authentication is successful, Lsass generates the user's access token, which is used to launch the initial shell. Other processes that the user initiates inherit this token.
You will not be able to end this through task manager!
The lsass.exe which is from Microsoft is located at c:\windows\System32\lsass.exe . there's a few viruses that have been found to run as lsass.exe to hide from you.
lsass.exe is a Windows System File and should be in a system directory. If it is then this application is safe.

well i scanned my pc through my panda anti virus suite with the updated signature file ..and this time it showed bout 60 infected files...of which it disinfected 20 odd... wot to bout the rest of them...

Go here and run this scan as well, its free. http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/run/ Also download and run Adaware from here and Spybot S/D from here also free.
When you've run these and let them clean anything they can run Hijackthis again and post a new log in the same thread as your first one.
