    Error Code to decipher ?

    getting the following when trying to install program from CD ROm.....

    16 Bit MS-DOS Subsystem
    C:\windows\Temp\dosshell.pif
    C:\Program\Symantec\S32Evnti.dll
    An installable virtual device driver failed DLL initialization
