just wondering if any 1 knows of a pc video recorder program ( dont really know how to explain this!)

basically i have some vides that play in media player but i dont have the original file and want that video so is there a program that can record whats happening on my pc, sort of like a print screen except video?

Are you not able to right click it & choose: save target (or link) as

that may work on some sites but some are protected arnt they? give t a try anyway.... you never know

i have this program called "Absolure sound recorder" it records streaming audio (or any audio comeing out of your sound card), i was wondering if there was one for video aswell.... ill look into it

o i actualy tried that software and it sort of worked, but due to it only being a trial i could only record 2 minutes of it, which is a tad too short, so im looking for a fully free or one that offers longer trial!
