Is there a way using the Windows XP operating system that I can tell what kind of RAM memory I have in my PC. It is a Pentium 3, 800 Mhz processor and I have 256 MB but do not know what type it is so that I can add additional memory -- Help

The Everest program will give you the details under Motherboard/SPD

Thanks so much the Crucial site told me that I was running Rambus memory, but they didn't sell it currently.

Everest will give you exact details on what you have (Under Mobo/SPD). Might be worth checking it out!

Thanks, once again, the program is incredible, now if I only new somewhere that would take my old RAM in trade for an upgrade to 512 MB that would be sweet.
