Can anyone give me any help on this. I cannot access my email except through my provider. They are telling me the problem is not at their end and must be on my PC. Anyone tell me where to look?

What exactly happens?
What are the exact error messages?

Are you saying that you can access through your provider?
But not otherwise? How else are you trying to access?

Yes, Outlook Express is the application.
Here is the error message I receive when I go into Outlook Express and select the send/receive option:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. I can access my email through logging on to my provider - blueyonder.co.uk

have they already created new mail profile for you?
please let me know .check incoming and outgoing mail servers anyway.
incoming needs to be pop.blueyonder.co.uk
check wid them .!
