What were you doing with the XP disk?

This is suggesting issues that haven't been raised previously.

Can you clarify the problem in as much detail as possible?

    You started this thread with:

When I Go To ShutDown My Computer It Restarts Itself

Were you reinstalling XP when this happened? Using a full version disk on an OEM machine?

Or were you using this disk because of this problem?

Are you able to enter the BIOS settup?

Also can you clarify what exactly is happening:

When I Go To ShutDown My Computer It Restarts Itself

    I Got Technical Information

    STOP: 0x0000008E (0x804EB108,0xEE2D68D8,0x00000000)

And It Says Try Changing Video Adapters
Does this happen every time you shutdown windows?
    Exactly the same?

You choose Shutdown ... what happens? Does this error come up & then the machine reboots?
Or does the machine reboot then show this error?

Does it affect your computer in any other way?

There are alot of things going on here. Sorry if I keep trying to grasp the situation.

That first error re: change Video Adapters might very well be that you have both on-board graphics plus the ATI card. The on-board would need to be disabled.

The other log has some driver (or perhaps a BIOS instruction) informing the hard drive (or BIOS) to re-start.

It is hard to say what problems putting a full version XP on top of a Tiny XP might have caused.

Can you clarify what you mean by: "because its got a bios lock on it"

Are you able to enter the BIOS setup?

Have you tried reinstalling from your XP CD?

This Cd I Got From Tiny Is A Reload Back-up Cd Version 0.4 Is There Any Way I Can Take Off A Bios Lock On The Cd Cause If I Can I Can Reinstall Windows From That Cd With All The Proper Drivers Everything.

Well I've learned what a BIOS lock is:

I don't know enough about the current situation as to why you are receiving the error.

Beyond that there are drivers & BIOS available from FIC for the P4M800 here:
