i bought an mp3 amd i put it in the usb port and the computer recognised it and i tried to install it but it asked for windows xp proffessional disk 2 ,when i bought my p.c x.pwas already installed so what am i supposed to do!!!!!
What is the make & model of the computer?
Did they give you any disks at all?
no they didn't what am i supposed to do without that x.p disk!!!!
the make is pentium3 and on windows x.p professional
If the Hardware Wizard is asking for the disk then it needs something on the disk.
If we know the make & model of the computer we can look up any ideas that they may have.
If XP was pre-installed (OEM) then it depends on the manufacturer on how to work with the OS.
By make & model we need something like Dell Dimension 1234 ... etc. (for example).
