Hi, My problem is quite bizarre, ive held a e-mail account with yahoo for some time and recently came back from overseas and i checked my mail on my fathers computer got logged on to yahoo with no probs and got to read my e-mails but to send them there seems to be a problem, i can write the e-mail address and the subject but it will not let me write or even send a blank e-mail, which is strange as ive checked on other computers and it works fine. please help me!

Just to clarify: This only happens on your father's computer?

Your account works fine on other machines?

Can you use other e-mail applications on your father's computer?

Is this only your account? Can another Yahoo account be used on your father's computer?

My fathers computer wont let him write e-mails on his yahoo account either, again you can accses the account but not write a mail, ive tried my hotmail account and there is no problem, ive checked on other computers and it works fine.........so fustrating!. Well it is strange & it seems to be a problem limited to your father's computer & Yahoo Mail

Can you paste anything in the compose box?

We can go on & on trying little tests like that or perhaps you can reload Yahoo Mail as there appears to be some corruption there.

Here is Yahoo Mail support. I searched a bit with no similarity.

Perhaps you could e-mail Yahoo fwiw.
