My PC has a Virus and I can do any thing to it... =(
Ok, I have another post and this is sort of a continuation to it, I'm using AVG and recently it found several viruses, the virus are as follows:
C:\Documents and Settings\home\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\jar\cla ssload.jar-1435e107-2d31c59d.zip:\GetAccess.class
C:\Documents and Settings\home\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\jar\cla ssload.jar-1435e107-2d31c59d.zip:\InsecureClassLoader.class

C:\Documents and Settings\home\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\jar\cla ssload.jar-3821a986-6c83f635.zip:\Installer.class
C:\Documents and Settings\home\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\jar\cla ssload.jar-3821a986-6c83f635.zip
and I can't delete or Heal or Move to vault it, how can I fix this?
-
What happens when you try to delete?
What is the exact error mesage?
-
When I try to delete them through AVG or try to do any thing to it, a msg would pop-up "Request action is not available for any of the selected objects" y? and by the way, the result of the files that i posted are, TROJAN HORSE JAVA/CLASS LOADER, VIRUS IDENTIFIED/BYTE VERIFY and their status are: INFECTED, EMBEDDED OBJECT, INFECTED, ARCHIVE... What should I do?
-
The Trojan Java Byte Verifier is rather common.

Just briefly browsing shows the files above are archived & so not really any danger.

However I see suggestions to try deleting in Safe Mode.
Also removing Java & then installing the latest version.

If the above do not work:
Again in Safe Mode you can try to manually find & delete each of those files.
