Is the only issue that what should be red is black?
Any other problems? Do you see any RED at all?
Have you checked the Device Manager?
Have you checked Control Panel | Display?
Have you checked DXDIAG?
Start/Run/ dxdiag | Display
What is the make & model of the computer? Is it old?
What is the make & model of the Graphics Card?
What is the make & model of the monitor?
Do you have another montior that you can try?

When i was trying to fix my last problem with the color red being black (No color red can be seen on pc) i was told to go to start>run>dxdaig it loads then it reboots my computer. It also reboots when i try to watch streaming video from the internet. I was also told to update my bios but i have no clue how to.
Ive got this message after the reboot i doubt it will help tho

What is the make & model of the computer? Is it old?
What is the make & model of the Graphics Card?
Do you have a full version XP CD? or was XP pre-installed (OEM)?
Just as a test can you start/run/ msconfig or regedit or taskmgr
Also change this setting & note future error messages.
rt. click My Computer then click Properties then Advanced then Startup and Recovery Settings then unclick Automatically restart
Also:
Go to start | search (type in) .dmp
Note the location of your latest .dmp file.
Then:
1) Download and install the
Debugging Tools from Microsoft
2) Download and install this
debugwiz
3) Open the Wiz & Browse to, or paste in the path to, your latest .dmp file.
4) After the Wiz creates a Text document attach it back to this thread.
