Hi Folks. I'm using Windows XP, running off Microsoft Windows 2003 small Business server and I'm trying to print a screen in an Excel workbook. I'm trying to show validated cells that are "drop-downs", so the only way to show the information in dropdowns in a meeting atmosphere is to print the screen. I've Tried ALT-PRINT SCREEN and Shift-Print screen and just PRINT SCREEN. No printing occurs. BTW, I just tried ALT-PRINT SCREEN from this page as I was typing, and got nothing...
Is there nothing that can be done?

Hi Scott, welcome to D-A-L

When you have pressed Print Screen on its own can you then Edit/Paste into Windows Paint ? This is under Start> All Programs> Accessories> Paint
