I just turned my computer on, and i get this message

"Reboot and Select proper Boot device, or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

I built this computer, but its been done for a few months now and havnt had any problems. any help is greatly appreciated.

have you a floppy in the drive, or a bootable cd in the cdrom drive?
