Herd about your site from a friend! So I thought I would try you out.
The problem I am having is that I am trying to preview a video file whilst it is downloading from the net.
When i click on preview file an error comes up saying that a codex file could be missing with error C00D109B .
I have downloaded a codex package which basically installed Divx on my pc but I am getting the same results as before.
I have looked arount the web help on microsoft and it is recommending that i should find out the codex file that is missing and install it. But as i do not have a clue how to find thios missing file I am very stuck.
Once the whole video file has downloaded i am able to play it on windows media player(v10) but sometimes I find that i have downloaded a video file that I was not looking for so it becomes anoying.
Could you please guide me to solving this problem.
