First off change this setting in order to get error messages:
rt. click My Computer then click Properties then Advanced then Startup and Recovery Settings then unclick Automatically restart

Post future errors as completely as possible.

Also: look in your Event viewer: rt. click My Computer then click Manage then Event Viewer.
Or: Administrative Tools/Event Viewer or Start/Run/ eventvwr
Open the system as well as the application tabs & look for X errors. Click error line for details.
Post back the source & event id especially of errors that seem to coincide with a crash.

When you say freezing during primary & secondary checks & pool data you are refering to BIOS level freezes:

What is the exact make & model of the computer?

    Also run this scan:

    http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

What is listed under Main Cicuit Board?

    Is that data from Belarc?

It lists your chipset but not the board itself.

Is there anything else under Main Circuit Board? or System Model?

That error is indicatiing a BIOS problem. In order to upgrade your BIOS we need to know the exact computer model & or motherboard.

Also are you familiar with your BIOS setup? It might seem minor but sometimes the time & date setting is important & yours' is off.

Here is a BIOS upgrade based on that chipset:

    http://www.bios-drivers.com/drivers/81/81711.htm

I would still like to verify that with the manufacturer of the computer.

Do you know the make & model? Is it home built? ???

    Time?

I would guess that you need to turn it on:

    From your error log:

    Date: 7/20/2005

    Locale United States

    Time Zone Tasmania Standard Time
