i have pc100 ram with i could swap with the 133?

It depends on what gets the best results. Some boards have the ability of changing the processor speed.

In general everything will go to the lowest speed.
With 128MB sticks there is not much difference between 133 & 100 but if you are into the testing go ahead & try it.

Also try those debugging tools if you are interested.

Just for example I run a Processor 2X the Max my board says it will support.
Maybe 1 boot in 10 the machine will BSOD telling me the CPU micro-code is wrong.
Other than that it works great ... so I live with that.
