Do the Time & Date in the BIOS stay consistent?
Sorry I forget how old this machine is but I am wondering if the motherboard battery might need to be changed.
-
i changed the battery and i get the same thing

I can only speculate as to your setup. You said it was custom built.
Processor x86 Family 6 Model 8 Stepping 6 GenuineIntel ~701 Mhz
Bus Clock: 66 megahertz
Am wondering about the RAM/ speed/ compatibilty/ etc.
Here is a good overall scan:

Under Motherboard | SPD will give you the RAM specs.
Is it still working "Most of the time"?
Any other problems?
-
yes afther it starts windows it is mostly fine but sometimes very ralely it will come up with a blue screen saying windows shut down your computer to prevend it from damage computer etc.... if this is the first time you have seen this reset it etc...
-
it said max 512 and i am running 256
-
But what is the speed?
Your board: Bus Clock: 66 megahertz.
If you want to view those BSOD errors:
Go to start | search (type in) .dmp
Note the location of your latest .dmp file.
Then:
1) Download and install the
Debugging Tools from Microsoft
2) Download and install this
debugwiz
3) Open the Wiz & Browse to, or paste in the path to, your latest .dmp file.
4) After the Wiz creates a Text document attach it back to this thread.

you mean sd 128 133mhz? and 2x 64 133mhz
-
Yes. That might be causing the issue.
Not that it won't work (as you can see it does); but it just might not always be happy.
Especially when booting & the #'s don't click.
I would guess that those BSOD's would reference this issue.
