Read this:
http://www.dfi.com.tw/Support/mb_faq...YPE=US&SITE=US
1. Prepare a bootable floppy disk with only booting program installed.
In XP right click on A: & choose: Create MS-DOS Startup Disk.
5. Copy the CA64BCAB.BIN and F789.EXE file on to this floppy disk and reboot your system from the floppy drive.
6. Type in the following command under DOS prompt (NOT under windows!):
A:\>[executable] [file name].bin /F
A:\>F789.EXE CA64BCAB.BIN /F
OR, A:\>[executable] /?
A:\>F789.EXE /?
for detailed instructions.
7. Reset your computer AFTER the completion of BIOS flash process.
8. To check whether your BIOS has been updated successfully please refer to the BIOS date code shown on the bottom left hand corner of the boot up screen.
9. Please LOAD OPTIMAL SETTINGS or LOAD BIOS SETUP DEFAULTS in the BIOS setup menu during the first system boot up after the flashing the BIOS.

wat do i type in after A:\>F789.EXE CA64BCAB.BIN /F. it says save file or something like that?

Just to clarify:
1. You are booting this floppy?
2. After the BIOS you get a black screen with A:_?
3. You type: \>F789.EXE CA64BCAB.BIN /F
4. Then what happens? (Exact wording would help).
5. If some type of program is not initialised try the command: A:\>F789.EXE /?
6. What does that show?
