Do i have 2 sign up 2 download the new bios?

that login had expired. so i made my own then downloaded and i open the file and got this what do i do next?

Usually you need to create a bootable floppy.

Was there a READ ME file included in the BIOS download?

no there wasnt any read me

It appears that that download was just the Award Flash utility.
It apparently still needs a BIOS file.

Searching I found your board (I think):
