When I start my computer there is a huge delay at the logon screen with the program GINA making the process incredibly slow by having lots of disk use. After the logon screen the system is as fast as it should be and the program GINA is closed. Problem is the program GINA (msgina.dll) is a critical file as it is required by Windows to Log on (its part of the autentication routine).
