I tried to update the bios through AFLASH (my system is p4s533) and it did all the stuff and said 'flashed sucessfully' then restarted. But still got the error showing up when its suppose to show the login screen! Any more ideas?

Is your hard drive connected to the motherboard or a PCI controller card?

Is your CD drive on a seperate channel?
