    slow computer

    i have way too many startup items but i dont know which ones i need to keep or get rid of. is there any way i can show what startup items i have on here so some one can tell me which ones to get rid of.

    Download HijackThis & open the program;

    If you get the new user screen choose:

    None of the above just start the program.

    Then click Config. then Misc. Tools

    Then: Generate startup list log.

    Post that log back here.

    A qucik search shows this list as unneccessary.
    Leave messenger on if you want it to start automatically.
    The same for Shareaza & your Epson printer.

    Here you can uncheck & recheck startup entries without deleting.

    It is easier & more comprehensive than msconfig
