BIOS is asking for an unexistant password!

I've always accessed my bios doing delete on startup screen, it was a while since I tryed to access my bios, I just tryed and for the first time ever it asked me for a password which I obviously didn't set nor is it anyone in my household. I need to access it to start up my hyperthreading and it won't let me because I don't have the password required.

Is there any way I can access it without it involving risking to lose my current data. Maybe a way to reset it or remove it.

When it asks for the password, is it possible to just press the [Enter] key?

I tryed, but "nothing" isnt the password, Pressing enter makes big X instead of **** for anything else.

You can clear your CMOS on the board.

Do you have the manual to look that up?

What will reseting my bios do? Will my computer still be functional afterward?

Is there no software that can reset the password?

    Manual here:

    http://64.124.27.138/pcchips/manual/m955g/M955G_30B.pdf

    JP3: Clear CMOS Jumper
Use this jumper to clear the contents of the CMOS memory. You
may need to clear the CMOS memory if the settings in the Setup
Utility are incorrect and prevent your motherboard from operating.
To clear the CMOS memory, disconnect all the power cables from
the motherboard and then move the jumper cap into the CLEAR
    setting for a few seconds.

Clearing the CMOS will set all BIOS settings back to default.

Afterwards you will need to make whatever custom changes you desire.

I'm gonna use your solution as a last result thanks

I'm currently testing... !BIOS to crack the password myself.. if I fail then I guess I'll have no other choices, its just my computer isnt at a very movable place, meaning it will be a paid to remove it from its emplacement, so I want to try to crack it first if possible
