Hi..I am using WinXP with SP2 installed on my system.I am having problem in opening command prompt... whenever i goto start->run and type 'cmd' or 'command',the window appears for just a second and it is gone.It used to work fine sometime back..
how can i fix this..

can you go to start ..Programmes...accessories then command prompt

Does Task Manager do the same thing? Does msconfig also disappear
immediately? These are symptoms of viral infection.

Do you run an AntiVirus?
