It would appear to be either RAM; Drivers; or a virus.

I don't see anything yet that would narrow it down but I am looking.

Just to check; have you run a virus scan?

    Also run this:

    http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

    If we can eliminate a virus problem;

Then we should make sure that you have both the latest graphics card drivers as well as the latest chipset drivers for your mobo.

You can use this scan to ID these if you do not know their ID:
    http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

If all of this fails it maybe the actual RAM.

    We need to keep looking...

then we should make sure that you have both the latest graphics card drivers as well as the latest chipset drivers for your mobo.
    Intel(R) Graphics Chipset (KCH) Driver
    Intel(R) Graphics Platform (SoftBIOS) Driver
If all of this fails it maybe the actual RAM.
Not enough RAM or damaged RAM?

    Last crash: Ca536av.sys
From another post I find this:
    4.1M MPEG4 DV Video Capture: System32\Drivers\Ca536av.sys (autostart)
    Do you recognise this?

As to Belarc: they didn't find much
Is that all that is listed under Main Cicuit Board?
What about Display? Also System Model

I am trying to compare your logs... will take time... send any new ones plus the above info.

Try these 3 downloads from Dell:

    http://support.dell.com/support/down...&os=WW1&osl=EN

    1. Applications
    Dell Crash Analysis Tool

    2. Chipset
    Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility

    3. Video Drivers
    Intel 845 G/GL Integrated Video

Before installing the new Video drivers go into Safe Mode & uninstall the current version; reboot; then install the new.
