    Exclamation Lost CMOS Password

Somehow I have either mistyped a password into CMOS or I have just gone stupid and I cannot remember it.

Does anyone know how I can get my access to CMOS back?

I think if you remove all power leads to the motherboard, remove the CMOS battery and clear CMOS jumper.

you remove the cmos battery, cables change jumper (each mobo jumper is different location....look in manual or net for urs)....re-attach cables....turn on, should boot up the turn off and keep doing same, turn off, put battery back, return jumper.....turn on and problem solved except EVERYTHING in your bios is gone...not only your password!!
