FAT - NTSC Affect Disk Space?

Hello again, I have recently got my own PC.. its the PC i learned on, its from a cabin we go to.. i just fixed er up and installed XP, and it asked me wether I want FAT or NTSC. Now i know this is a 2000-3000$ PC and the guy either got ripped off, or its a bloody good PC.

I installed FAT, when surprisingly i had 2 Gigs of C:/

I knew this wasnt right.. so I installed it as NTSC.. 27 Gigs... Im not sure if this is what its supposed to have, but how do i determin MAX storage?

Read this as to FAT & NTFS:

    http://www.aumha.org/win5/a/ntfs.htm

To check your disk size go to Start/Run/ diskmgmt.msc

If you right click the drive under diskmgmt.msc you will see the full drive size as well as what is being used under properties.

I would suggest fully reinstalling XP & choosing NTFS.

Otherwise you will probably need to try to create a new partition.
