I cannot see bottom start task bar, start up 30-40 mins long

I cannot see the start button or the whole blue toolbar at the bottom of the screen
Since last night, I searched for spyware with Ad-aware, and the Yahoo sky-bot killer. I also searched for viruses using Trend Micro Internet Security. It found a virus called VUNDO but I have had it for months and I thought I had got rid of it a long time ago and I dont think it is making my computer do this. It also takes a very very very long time to restart or start the computer up (at least 30 mins, compared to the 45 secs before-hand). I deleted all the spyware that the ad-aware and yahoo toolbar found. Please help me!!

I would post a hijackthis log in the spyware, adaware,viruses and hijackthis log board. Please read the sticky posts before doing so.
