After fixing my cpu with the amazing advice you gave me yesterday i thought i would get back to you with one more problem. Basically i have a hotmail account, i can only recieve e mail, but have never been able to send it. I can access my account anywhere else apart from home and am able to send e mail. Also my partner uses the same msn hotmail on the cpu at home and she has no problems sending e mail either.????

Are you able to compose an e-mail?

Do you get an error when you click Send?

Thanks for the help again, am not sure what is going on. Just went to send an e mail, to see what the error message was that popped up,( forgot to tell you that part, as an error message always used to pop up) and the e mail decided to send itself. I have not been able to send e mail for a couple of years. Strange... I installed spybot yesterday as well which your site has suggested to other people that have encountered problems and maybe that its what has resolved the issue.

Perhaps the fabled Ghost in the Machine ?!?!?!
