System is Blue Screening loads now. Happened months ago first when I installed Novell. Just needed an update which sorted the problem.

Nothing happended for 5 months, I installed Fedora core III. No problems there. I also use PcAnywhere, have that installed for months also together with Norton Antivirus. No Problems either.

Now I don't know where the problem is. Event id is1003 and category is 102.

It sometimes Blue screens when I try to install an HP print driver. The driver is in a Novell network folder.

Any chance of help???

What Novell products are you using?

Is this an old computer? Make & model? That error on the surface would call out your RAM.

To get more details:

Go to start | search (type in) .dmp
Note the location of your latest .dmp file.

Then:

1) Download and install the
Debugging Tools from Microsoft
2) Download and install this
debugwiz
3) Open the Wiz & Browse to, or paste in the path to, your latest .dmp file.
4) After the Wiz creates a Text document attach it back to this thread.

If you have multiple dumps feel free to attach them.

Novell version is Novell Client 4.90 SP2.

Laptop is Toshiba Tecra A2. Just got it last November.

Got a new blue screen now reading " Graphics Device Error". Don't know why 'cos i've never messed around with the driver.

Will follow your last instructions and see what happens.....Cheers
