I am trying to upgraide my pc from win 98 sec to xp when i put my xp disc in i get a blue screen and oxcoooooo8e (oxcoooooo5 ox8o7c66od oxf95bf944 oxoooooooo) can anyone help me plz

Are you booting from the XP CD?

Have you checked your system for XP compatibility?

Also if you are booting & are compatible try try again.

Do you always get the same error? Quite often such errors are temporary driver entanglements.
