When I restart my computer it goes through the set up process then right after the flash of Windows XP it goes to a blue screen saying windows shut down to protect the system with the above message (unmountable boot volume) I have tried going thru the safe boot process but I am not sure what to look for or how to make any corrections. It doesn't complete the set up so I can't get to any of the hardware or software programs to see if there is a problem. We have not installed any new software or hardware. Thanks for your input
