OK, there's definitely a network port in your PC - looks like it might be integrated onto your Intel motherboard. Right-click on My Computer and select Properties, then go to the Hardware tab and click on Device Manager. Under Network Adaptors, find the Intel Pro/100 entry. Right-click it and select the Disable option.

Reboot. Is it any better after that?

I did disable it and reboot the computer.I was not able to log to the net.

Others devices shows: PCI Simple Comunications Controller (with a yellow question mark)I checked the properties:The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

I did not install any hardware!!

Go back to Device Manager and double-click the entry for PCI Simple Communications Controller. Click the Update Driver button and point it to your modem drivers, which you may have on CD.

After that has worked successfully, you should find that the yellow exclamation/question mark disappears and it moves to the Modems category rather than Other Devices.

If you get an error saying that the files you pointed to do not contain information about that device, then it might be something to do with the network card, in which case point it to those drivers, which might be on your motherboard drivers CD, instead.

After it's got that device worked out properly, reboot and see whether that has helped.

P.S. Re-enable your network card in Device Manager as well.

Go to Control panel/Network connections then right click on the internet connection showing the error, choose properties and on the General page uncheck the "Show icon in notification area when connected". And uncheck "Notify me when this connection has limited or no connectivity".
    All the Best: Mick.
