Have a Dell with Windows XP. The past two days...everytime I try to click My Computer, My Documents, My Pictures, My Music and Control Panel, my computer locks up and I have to click it off and on to get back. Very annoying! Any idea what I might have done wrong, or might be screwed up?

Also, have several sites on my "favorites" that I did not add. When I delete them, in mintues, they are right back. I have Ad-ware and Spybot. Neither seem to shake these unwanted sites. Any ideas how to get rid of them for good?

This behavior is most often associated with worms or trojans etc.
