    Permanently delete files

How do I find and delete this file:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Perry Walker\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Contenet.IE5\40EFT4E0\Van%20Wilder%20-%20ts%20(SmR%202of2)[4].avi(1)

Here are 2 good free cleaning programs:

    1. http://www.ccleaner.com/

    2. http://support.it-mate.co.uk/?mode=Home

Also click Tools | Internet Options | General | Temp... | Delete

Or just right click the particular file & choose delete.

You should have the one last known.

All previous Restore Points will be erased.

    None of what did what?

Do you have a particular file that wont delete?

    Do you get an error.

If particular files wont delete as they are probably of a malicious nature this tool can help:
